Repeat Prescriptions

Please give at least two working days’ notice for repeat prescriptions.

We require a written note with full details of the medication needed so as to avoid any errors.

Telephone requests are only accepted from housebound and disabled patients and local chemists may be able to deliver upon request.

Patient Online Access: You can now view and order your repeat prescriptions online by signing in to your secure account via your usual site either clicking on one of the provider links below:

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
